    Generally, when submitting published material, it is relevant when the article is in the major newspaper, major trade journal, or major magazine, etc. The emphasis is on “major.” When submitting articles as part of the evidence, you actually should explain the significance of the source (its circulation figures, etc.), otherwise, you run the risk of that evidence being disregarded.
